It’s a deep thought from Buddha to remind us to stop and feel the present moment, the existence of life in us, the life which is happening right now, right at this very moment.

We are forgetting too many times to concentrate on the present moment, during our journey to fulfill our dreams and plans.

We are clinging to many times to our past and burden our mind with the things that are already gone. Let go!

Stop, enjoy right now, right this moment as it happens. Connect again with yourself and feel the beauty of the life.
